Bought a 1 year old Cupra Ateca from this branch in July 22. Garage lied about the car having had it’s first year service so had to get that done myself and recharge them. Also the copper paint on the alloys failed after 10 1/2 months and garage refused to accept responsibility leaving me to deal with the matter myself. Will be complaining to Cupra about this branch.

Since buying my car 2 years ago. Have had nothing but issues. Taken back to them begging of this year for issues with the media system. Still unresolved. calls and emails repeatedly ignored. Have gone higher up to customer service and I am still being ignored. After a year for being told the issue will be resolved under the warranty. I have now been asked to pay over 2000 as they won’t cover it. No explanation as to why. Highly disappointed. Very poor customer service from this place.

Booked a test drive a couple weeks ago, and was called multiple times about what specs/colour I was after. Soon as I turned up to the dealership they were confused about me turning up and told me I was supposed to be cancelled, so they had to find someone else to "look after me". Eventually they did find someone and after they showed me the model I asked to test drive, it was absolutely nothing like what I had requested over the phone. The drive itself was nice and I did get a feeling for the car but like I said it was with specs I didn't ask for so it defeated the purpose of my test drive in the first place. In the end I was the person saying more information about the car than the staff member! The drive lasted 5 mins and once we got back to the dealership and got out of the car, the staff member just stood there and was an awkward interactions. The staff members here clearly are not motivated enough or just have a lack of care attitude.

Unimpressed. The after sales customer service is poor. The interior of my brand new Formentor was damaged when the vehicle was returned in August for some diagnostic work. They could not have been any less interested. My emails were repeatedly ignored, and the issue remains unresolved. The car has been returned twice for a serious hardware fault and that also remains unresolved. Communication seems to be non-existent. Would not recommend this dealership.

Very pleased with the experience here. My cupra 300 was recovered of the road and it was taken to seat hatfield requiring a new thermostat and waterpump. The person who I dealt with at the service desk was Merianne (Apologies if it's spelled wrong). She was very informative, kept me updated on the car and the repair and was very patient over the phone with me. Amazing service! Also huge shout out to the Mechanics that work there , ordered the waterpump and thermostat, fitted and tested within 2 days of the arrival of the parts. Picked my car up like new .. washed inside and out. Such a great bunch there!

Maciej was excellent from day 1 really helpful in every aspect of the process we got a great deal on our finance, he lined up our new V5 & tax registration, allowed us to collect the car when it suited us. Cannot praise him highly enough. The grand reveal when we collected the car was a great wow moment and something we didn't expect. This is our second car from the Seat branch and this renewal was the best we've had. We would return to Hatfield again even though its not our closest branch because of the service and experience we get each time we've been.

I meant to do this a few weeks ago as this Seat showroom are always great with customer care. The staff at this showroom are exceptional. Mary Ann (or Anne Marie) sorry I keep forgetting this lovely lady’s name was so helpful as I felt unwell travelling in the taxis she arranged a pick up and drop off. Really lovely person and even when under stress in such a demanding job all staff are professional. Definitely recommend Seat!
